League Format

Division One will have 10 players, playing each other twice (18 matches).
Division Two will have 14 players, playing each other once (13 matches).
The two players finishing 9th and 10th in Division One will be relegated.
The top player in Division Two will gain automatic promotion.
Matches to be played over four frames except the playoffs which will be the best of five.
League handicaps to be used for every frame.
2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw.
Frame difference will determine position of players tied on points.
If frame difference is the same the results against tied player will determine position.
Failure to turn up to an arranged fixture will result in a 4-0 loss.
