Singles League: Sean Croft 2-2 Clint Broome

An all round happy result,

Breaks by S.Croft: 3x20,21x2,25.

Breaks by C.Broome 20,21,22,25.

FRAME ONE: Broome got off with a good start by knocking in a 21 break, sadly missing the black  :oops: for a 28 break and maybe more which put him past croft's 14+ (hdcp).Croft responded straight away with one of his own breaks of 21 but missed the pink for a 27 break  :oops: but then croft had another break of 20 to put him well in the lead to take frame one with ease. :happy:

FRAME TWO: Croft took great advantage has Broome left Croft on to make a 25 break but missed the black ball that rattled the corner pocket for a 32 break :angry: with Croft missing the black, left Broome with a lovely red near the right pocket and the black ball edging the left corner pocket so Broome took the last red and black but missed the yellow leaving it on for croft so then croft cleared yellow to pink and won frame two.

FRAME TRHEE: A very tight frame with both players taking precaution playing safe and taking the points that were availible and then playing safe and Broome managed to make a 20 break that put him in the the lead but killer bee Sean went for the sting with a 20 break then ran out of position leaving Broome an easy brown and Broome cleared brown,blue,pink and black to take frame three on the black. :bravo: ( As you all know a Bee only stings when its in trouble and when it does sting the bee die's and the human stamps on the Bee As Broome did so to take frame three) . :thumbup:

FRAME FOUR: Croft got off to a massive start making a 21 break plus 14 handicap which put Croft 35 points in front frustrating Broome but Broome handled it well with many small breaks and great safety with Croft struggling to keep in the lead but Broome ran out a winner of frame four as Croft missed the black ball AGAIN!  :angry: ..........lol well done clint  :bravo: By far the best match croft has had this season that is why croft has done an S.A sorry but thankyou kindly if you have just read the lot.

If points were awarded in this league for number of breaks over 20 you two would be at the top!

Sean - you seem to be getting 20s and 30s each time but aren't winning - learn to 'win ugly' I've got it down to a fine art mate this season!   :laugh:

well this week tuesday after the match i got a 40 break against dave.b and yesterday i had a 31 and a 46 break against Shaun Parkinson


(46 break against Shaun Parkinson) wittnessed by Shaun Parkinson himself and Pete Trout also Sam Haugh at the BCI club on match table 7.
