At Oakleigh
Rob SELBY       31    Stan CANDLER      57
played this frame first cos Stan had to get away
Jason TURNER  35    Alan CUNNINGHAM 47
A.C. just 2 in front when J.T. went in-off the green. A.C. took g,b & b making J.T. needing ONE snooker. Got ONE but A.C. escaped off two cushions and eventually laid the pink up over the corner forcing J.T. to pot.
S.ROWE          4      Andy NICHOLS     71
Andy took his chances really well where his opponent had some bad luck with double kisses. I think Mr ROWE thought it was a cup match because he was still playing snookers when 60 behind with only pink and black on the table.
J.T. &  R.S.    58      A.C. & A.N.         47
Another scrappy frame - JT & RS well in front but AN made a crucial 26 including a horrendous fluke on his 2nd blue which put the Arnold pair back in the frameand at one time the scores were level 47-47 but JT took a good blue followed by the pink.

1-3 to Arnold

Dear Mr Cunningham,

How I play the game is my way of playing snooker, whether 100 points behind or 10 points in front in a frame, I agree I was outplayed by my opponent on Tuesday night but was it bad luck -possibly  but that is the way I play snooker.
The frame is over when the last ball is potted or the player concedes and I don't - sorry if you felt that way.

look forward to playing you at the rematch
